Watergate Wall | Interactive Kiosks
This gallery contains six (6) interactive kiosks that correspond to a thematic timeline of the Watergate scandal. Actual White House tape recordings and oral histories with key figures help visitor's make sense of the complex web of personalities, events, and intentions at the heart of this political crisis.

The Watergate Gallery

The Watergate Gallery is a permanent exhibit at the National Archives Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum. GTOO Media worked closely with curator Timothy Naftali to organize a trove of White House tape recordings and video interviews with key figures for presentation across six thematic stations comprised of 46 interactive segments.

The Gallery timeline chronicles events from the 1971 Pentagon Papers leak, the formation of the clandestine White House group known as the "Plumbers" and ending with Nixon's public explanations of Watergate after he left office. The exhibit concludes with a short film on Nixon's legacy, featuring reflections on the complex legacy of our 37th President and how our Constitutional system of government worked through this political crisis.
